Founder. The Heart Behind Nourished. Postpartum Advocate. Lactation Expert. Motherhood Companion.
Amanda Riensche is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) passionate about supporting families through every stage of their feeding journey. She has been a licensed nurse since 2012, with professional experience as both a pediatric and postpartum nurse, which sparked her deep commitment to the postpartum dyad.

In addition to her clinical work, Amanda serves on the board of the Lactation Coalition of Snohomish County, where she collaborates with fellow professionals to advance infant feeding support and education in the community. She also proudly co-owns the nonprofit Birth & Parenthood Connection, which creates meaningful events for birth professionals and parents to connect, learn, and grow together through networking and professional development opportunities.

Dana Gillman, IBCLC, CD, ICCE
Lactation Consultant. Doula. Childbirth Educator. Telehealth Pro.
Dana is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), DONA Certified Doula (CD), and ICEA Certified Childbirth Educator (ICCE) with over a decade of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Her passion for lactation work began after the birth of her first child, when her own breastfeeding challenges were met with life-changing support from a compassionate provider. That experience sparked a calling—to offer the same kind of guidance and encouragement to others.
Dana holds a B.S. in Health Science from Texas A&M University and has completed advanced trainings, including the TOTS Gold Conference program. She brings a holistic perspective to care, recognizing the critical role of maternal nutrition, emotional wellness, and personalized support in helping families meet their feeding goals.
Whether she’s helping with latch issues, milk supply concerns, bottle feeding, or pumping logistics, Dana is known for her warmth, calm presence, and practical, evidence-based care.
Outside of lactation work, Dana enjoys photography, reading, staying active, and spending time with her family and friends. She’s also known to knit baby hats—every stitch is made with love.
Dana is our Telehealth Pro and offers virtual lactation & infant feeding consultations nationwide!
