NOURISHED | Lactation offers compassionate, professional, and individualized infant feeding & lactation support from a board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC). Home, Office, and Telehealth consultations available.

We believe no one should have to navigate pregnancy or postpartum feeling unsupported. At NOURISHED, we believe in providing dedicated, professional support to every family. We are centered around individualized care, tailored to meet the unique needs of each dyad. We understand the emotional and physical aspects of feeding your baby. Our approach is empathetic, and fosters a supportive environment where our families can feel comfortable discussing their concerns. Our goal is for every family to feel empowered and confident feeding their baby, and have a rewarding feeding journey.

NOURISHED offers home visits throughout North King and Snohomish Counties, office visits in Arlington, and Telehealth appointments.

  • Amanda Riensche, LPN, IBCLC

  • Hello

    I’m Amanda, a devoted nurse and lactation consultant with a passion for nurturing new families on their baby feeding journey. With four wonderful kids of my own, I intimately understand the challenges and joys of breastfeeding, which allows me to bring both empathy and expertise to my practice.

    University of California, San Diego- Extension Studies- Certified Lactation Educator (CLE)

    Santa Barbara City College- Licensed Practical Nurse

  • Specialized Training

    I have additional training in the assessment, management, and treatment of low milk supply, bottle refusal, and oral aversion. I have also completed additional training in tethered oral tissues (tongue, lip, cheek ties), as well as oral habilitation.

    Additionally, I always stay up-to-date with the latest research to provide the best evidence-based lactation support possible.

My heartfelt passion for helping families navigate the postpartum period has driven me to continuously expand my knowledge and expertise. With my personal and professional experience, I am here to guide you through this wonderful adventure.
