We offer office visits, home visits, and Telehealth visits for prenatal and postpartum lactation support.

Please submit your consultation request below. You will receive a confirmation email once your consultation is approved.

If you don’t see a day or time that works for you in the schedule below, please call or text us. We may be able to accommodate consultation requests outside of the times listed below.

Please Note…

1) A credit card is required for all home visit consultations. You will NOT be charged at the time of scheduling.

2) THE LACTATION NETWORK: There is a $35 patient responsibility applied to all visits for TLN patients.
